Official Rules: Professional Educators of Iowa gift card giveaway

Eligibility:

• To enter, create a video and send to info@peiowa.org or upload to #PEIisFORme videos
• Videos must be between 20 and 60 seconds
• Video must include your first name and use the phrase “PEI is for me”
• You can (but don’t have to) share the subject area you teach and for how long
• Video must include a reason(s) you love PEI -this could include a brief story of how PEI has served you over the years
• Be genuine and creative! Whether hilarious or heartwarming, or somewhere in between. Think outside the box- the more creative your video is, the better.
• Videos must not contain student faces.
• Entrants must be legal residents of Iowa, aged 18 or older, and current members of PEI
• Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: Videos will be accepted November 1, 2024 – December 13, 2024. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected from eligible entries by the PEI staff.
2. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and contacted via direct message within three (3) days of the drawing.

Prize: The winner will be granted $500 in gift cards, just in time for Christmas.

Claiming the Prize:

1. The winner must respond to the direct message within three (3) days of notification.
2. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity Release: By entering, participants agree to allow Professional Educators of Iowa to use their name, likeness, and video content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

General Conditions:

1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility.
3. Professional Educators of Iowa reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or are deemed inappropriate.

Privacy Policy: all personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Professional Educators of Iowa, which are final and binding in all respects.
