PEI Summer Fun Giveaway Basket

Official Rules

PEI is excited to celebrate our members with a special Summer Fun Giveaway Basket! Please read the official rules below before entering.

Eligibility

• Open to current, active members of Professional Educators of Iowa (PEI).
• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Must be a resident of Iowa.
• Limit one (1) entry per person.
• Employees or board members of PEI and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from June 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025 by 11:59 p.m. CST on June 30, 2025 to be considered. 

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must complete the official entry form and survey in full. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

The following information is required:

1. First and last name
2. School district you serve in
3. Title or position
4. Number of years serving in education
5. Responses to the following questions:
   • What is the most rewarding part of being an educator?
   • What helps you persevere and stay in the profession on hard days?
   • What advice would you give someone considering education or just beginning their teaching journey?
   • Complete the sentence: “PEI is for me because ________.”

 Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
• The drawing will take place during the first week of July 2025.
• The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

 Prize

• The winner will receive a Summer Fun Giveaway Basket, filled with seasonal treats and surprises curated by the PEI team. No cash value or substitution.

 General Terms

• By entering, participants agree to allow PEI to use their submitted responses (excluding personal contact information) in future communications, social media posts, or marketing materials.
• PEI reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
