You can join PEI at any time of the year, and receive a full year's membership! When you join PEI, your membership is effective on the business day that your application is received and will extend one year from that date, or further if you have paid for a multi-year membership. About 30 days prior to your membership anniversary date, you will receive a reminder to renew. 

If you choose to sign up for monthly payments, your membership is effective on the business day that your application is received. Your membership anniversary date will be one year from that date; however, if monthly payments are cancelled, your end date of coverage will be adjusted to reflect the number of payments made.
